-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Mike, Lance and Anders investigate FSV1D software
  - Just ahead of this meeting

New items:

Report on FSV experiments:
- Anders: Results are hard to understand
- Bob: A 2:1 V difference may be too much
  - We should try a 10% V difference
- We tried that live using the software
- Mike: We do not understand this well enough
- Bob: It may be different working with 64 points, a binary multiple
- Bob: We might make this FSV a footnote, no recommendation
- Mike: It would help for FSV to produce one figure of merit

Anders can not attend Oct 5

Next meeting will be October 12

Meeting ended at 11:54 PM Eastern Time.
